Please read our refund terms carefully before making a purchase.
Please Note
We stand behind our courses with a generous guarantee. For one-time purchases (such as Fretboard Freedom Path), each customer is eligible for one refund across all one-time purchases. Once a refund has been issued on a one-time purchase, all future one-time purchases are considered final.
Subscription products (Improvisers Academy) follow their own per-plan refund rules described below. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Digital Courses
All one-time digital courses (such as Fretboard Freedom Path) include a 14-day money-back guarantee.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.
Improvisers Academy Subscription
The Improvisers Academy is a recurring subscription product. Refund terms depend on your plan:

| 7-Day Trial ($1) | No refund on the $1 trial fee. Cancel anytime within the 7-day trial period to avoid the $39/month charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to the Monthly plan. |
| Monthly ($39/mo) | 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. After that, cancel anytime through your dashboard on learn.weissguitar.com; renewal charges are not refunded, and you retain full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. |
| Annual ($297/yr) | 14-day money-back guarantee from your purchase date. If you cancel within 14 days, you receive a full refund. After 14 days, no refund is issued, but you retain full access until the end of your annual billing period. |
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard on learn.weissguitar.com. Cancellation stops future charges but does not generate a refund for time already paid (except for the 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment). The "one refund across all purchases" rule does not apply to subscriptions. Each subscription plan follows its own rules above.
Memberships
- If your membership includes a 14-day free trial, no refunds are offered once the trial period has ended.
- If your membership does not include a free trial, you are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
Private Lessons and Mentorship
All private lessons, coaching packages, and mentorship programs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
This ensures we can reserve your spot and commit the necessary time and resources to your growth. When you claim a spot, you are preventing another student from joining.

Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment provider. Refunds apply only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another person or future purchase.
Consumer Protection Notice
This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory rights you may have. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or EEA, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as implemented in Cyprus. Nothing in this policy affects the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
