These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your subscription to the Improvisers Academy and any related services provided through learn.weissguitar.com (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by AZ MUSIC EDUCATION LTD, a private company limited by shares registered in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 485932, with its registered office at 143 Faneromenis Avenue, Office 201, 6031 Larnaca, Cyprus, which operates Weiss Guitar Academy.

A subscription to the Improvisers Academy gives you access to:
Live group sessions are offered as a benefit of membership but are not guaranteed. Session dates, times, and frequency may change at our discretion. We will always communicate schedule changes to active subscribers in advance.

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, if any, may be added at checkout based on your location.
The 7-Day Trial provides full access to the Improvisers Academy for a one-time charge of $1. At the end of the 7-day trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a Monthly plan at $39 per month unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
Important: If you do not cancel your trial before it expires, you authorize us to charge your payment method $39 for the first monthly billing cycle, and $39 on the same date each subsequent month until you cancel.
Your subscription renews automatically. By subscribing, you authorize Weiss Guitar Academy to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current rate for your plan:
You will be charged automatically until you cancel. No additional notice is required before each renewal charge beyond the disclosure in these Terms.
This disclosure is provided in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as implemented in Cyprus and applicable U.S. state auto-renewal laws (including, but not limited to, California Business and Professions Code Sections 17600-17606).
Payments are processed by Stripe, which is certified as a PCI DSS Level 1 service provider. We also accept PayPal. Your card details are tokenized and stored securely by Stripe. Weiss Guitar Academy does not store your full card number.
If a scheduled payment fails, we will retry the charge automatically up to 8 times over a two-week period. If all retry attempts fail, your subscription will be cancelled and access will be revoked. We may notify you of failed payment attempts so you can update your billing information.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription dashboard on learn.weissguitar.com. Cancellation takes effect as follows:
Cancellation stops future charges only. It does not generate a refund for time already paid, except as described above for the 14-day guarantee on your first payment.
Weiss Guitar Academy reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. If we increase the price of your plan, we will notify you at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. The notification will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel before the next billing cycle. Continuing your subscription after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to video lessons, audio recordings, PDFs, worksheets, graphics, text, and course structure, is the exclusive intellectual property of Weiss Guitar Academy and Daniel Weiss.
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your own private, non-commercial learning purposes. You may not:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.
You agree to use the Platform respectfully and lawfully. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without refund, if you:
Weiss Guitar Academy reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any individual at our sole discretion. If we terminate your subscription without cause, we will issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period.
The Improvisers Academy provides educational content and instruction. Your results depend on your own effort, practice, and dedication. We do not guarantee any specific learning outcomes, skill levels, or musical achievements.
The Platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available." Weiss Guitar Academy makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Weiss Guitar Academy's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Weiss Guitar Academy in the 12 months preceding the claim.
In no event shall Weiss Guitar Academy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, regardless of the theory of liability.
We collect and process your personal data (name, email, payment information) solely to provide and manage your subscription. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Payment data is handled by Stripe and/or PayPal in accordance with their respective privacy policies and PCI compliance standards.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If a dispute arises, we ask that you first contact us at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve it informally. Most issues can be sorted out with a quick conversation.
If we cannot reach a resolution within 30 days of your initial notice, either party may pursue formal proceedings. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or EEA, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Weiss Guitar Academy regarding your subscription to the Improvisers Academy. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
