You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary. You must not share your login credentials with others.
WeissGuitar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for an extended period, or are used fraudulently.
4. Subscription Services
This section applies to recurring subscription products, including the Improvisers Academy, offered through learn.weissguitar.com.
4.1 Available Plans
| Plan | Price (USD) | Billing Cycle |
|---|---|---|
| 7-Day Trial | $1 upfront | Converts to Monthly ($39/mo) after 7 days |
| Monthly | $39/month | Recurring monthly |
| Annual | $297/year | Recurring annually |
All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your location.
4.2 Auto-Renewal and Recurring Billing
Your subscription renews automatically.
By subscribing, you authorize WeissGuitar to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current rate for your plan. Monthly plans renew on the same calendar date each month. Annual plans renew on the same calendar date each year.
If you selected the 7-Day Trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a Monthly plan at $39 per month after the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.
You will be charged automatically until you cancel. No additional notice is required before each renewal charge beyond the disclosure in these Terms.
This disclosure is provided in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981), the Consumer Protection (Cancellation) Regulations, 2010, and applicable U.S. state auto-renewal laws, including California Business and Professions Code Sections 17600-17606.
4.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by PayPlus, a PCI-certified payment processor. We also accept PayPal. Your card details are tokenized and stored securely by PayPlus. WeissGuitar never sees or stores your full card number.
If a scheduled payment fails, we will retry multiple times over a reasonable period. If all retry attempts fail, your subscription will be cancelled and access will be revoked. We may notify you of failed payment attempts so you can update your billing information.
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription dashboard on learn.weissguitar.com. When you cancel:
- 7-Day Trial: Cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged $39/month. Once the trial converts, the Monthly cancellation policy applies.
- Monthly: No refund for the current billing period. You retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Annual: A full refund is available if you cancel within 14 days of your purchase date. After 14 days, no refund is issued, but you retain access until the end of your annual billing period.
Cancellation stops future charges only. It does not generate a refund for time already paid, except as described above for the Annual plan.
4.5 Price Changes
WeissGuitar reserves the right to change subscription pricing. If we increase the price of your plan, we will notify you at least 30 days before the new price takes effect via the email address associated with your account. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the next billing cycle. Continuing your subscription after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
4.6 Live Sessions
Monthly live group sessions may be offered as a benefit of membership but are not guaranteed on any specific schedule. Session dates, times, and frequency may change at our discretion. We will communicate schedule changes to active subscribers in advance.
5. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility varies by product type. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details on digital courses, subscriptions, memberships, and private lessons.
6. Privacy Policy
We collect and process personal data to operate our services. For full details on what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
7. No Guarantees

The Website and all content are provided "as is" and "as available." WeissGuitar makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeissGuitar's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Website shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to WeissGuitar in the 12 months preceding the claim.
In no event shall WeissGuitar be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, regardless of the theory of liability.

11. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we ask that you first contact us at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve it informally. Most issues can be sorted out with a quick conversation.
If we cannot reach a resolution within 30 days of your initial notice, either party may pursue formal proceedings in accordance with Section 10.
12. Modifications
